Vetch
Common vetch is an excellent cover crop from the legume family. With rapid initial development. Produces a lot of green mass, thanks to which it suppresses weeds. The summer vetch plant is characterized by a very well-branched root system that binds atmospheric nitrogen. Does not tolerate acidic soil. It has a thin stem and is easily flattened, which is why it is recommended to use it in a mixture with other species such as buckwheat, oats, phacelia or white mustard.
