We use data relating to you mainly to fulfil the agreements we have made with you, but also to improve our service, to ensure the quality of our products and services and to contact you.
We use the following data:
Personal data: for example, the data you enter when subscribing to a newsletter, registering for an event, applying for a job or contacting us. Such data may include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, information about your participation in an event, etc.
A job application asks for additional information – gender, date of birth, a photo and any other information you choose to share with us in your application.

Data on the use of the website: which pages of the website you visit, and your IP address. This data is collected in the server log files and, with your consent, also in Google Analytics. The data is used to improve the user experience of our website and to fix technical faults. The data is deleted when it no longer serves its original purpose or is no longer needed by us.
We only process relevant personal data
We only process data relating to you that is relevant and important for the purposes mentioned above. Which type of personal data is relevant depends on the purpose. The same applies to the extent of the processing of personal data. We only use the data that is needed for the specific purpose.
We only process necessary personal data
We collect, process and store only the personal data necessary to achieve our purposes. In addition, the type of data collected and stored for our business may be determined by legislation. The type and extent of the personal data processed may also result from the obligation to fulfil contractual or other legal obligations.
We delete personal data that is no longer needed
We delete your personal data when we no longer need it for the purposes for which we collected, processed and stored it.
General enquiries are kept until we have provided the requested service, but for no longer than 1 year. Messages and attachments sent through the contact form on the website are deleted from the website automatically after 1 year.
We ask for your consent before processing personal data
Before processing personal data for the purposes mentioned above, we ask for your consent, unless the collection of such data is required by law. We will inform you of such a requirement and of our legitimate interest in using your personal data.
Your consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time. To do so, please contact us. For more information, please use the contact details above.
We do not disclose personal data without your consent
If we disclose your personal data to partners and other parties (e.g. for marketing purposes), we will ask for your consent and inform you of the purpose for which the data will be used. You have the right to object to the disclosure at any time. However, as mentioned above, in order to fulfil the agreements made with you and to optimise our services, your personal data may be disclosed to the relevant group companies without asking for separate consent.
We also do not ask for your consent if disclosing your personal data is our legal obligation, for example in connection with reporting to public authorities.
Security
We protect your personal data and follow internal information security rules.
We have established internal information security rules that set out instructions and measures for protecting your personal data against destruction, loss and alteration, and against unauthorised disclosure and access.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data.
You have the right to find out at any time what data relating to you we process, where we obtained it and what we use it for. You can also ask how long we keep your personal data and to whom we pass it on, if we disclose it in Estonia or abroad.
However, we have the right to restrict access to the data in order to protect the privacy of other persons, trade secrets and intellectual property rights.
To exercise your rights, please contact us. See the contact details above.
You have the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect personal data
If you believe that the personal data we process is incorrect, you have the right to request that it be corrected. To do so, please contact us and tell us what the inaccuracy is and how it should be corrected.
In some cases we are obliged to delete your personal data, for example if you withdraw your consent. If you believe that your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which we collected it, you have the right to request its deletion. You can also contact us if you believe that the use of your personal data violates the law or other legal obligations.
When you request the correction or deletion of personal data, we will check whether the necessary conditions are met and then correct or delete the data as soon as possible.
