Potato ‘Sunshine’ is very early, fast initial development, medium dormancy period, average number of tubers per plant, high yield. Tubers have a yellow smooth skin, are long-oval shaped, with very shallow eyes, and yellow to dark yellow flesh. Low dry matter content, type B usage, suitable for fresh consumption. High resistance to common scab, brown rot, Y-viruses and soft rot, medium resistance to common scab. No dark spots form during harvesting and the skin sets quickly.
