Persian Clover

Persian clover is an annual clover with delicate pink flowers. An excellent fodder plant, catch crop and honey plant. It is grown as a catch crop to improve soil fertility, its strong roots loosen the soil, and it also offers great competition to weeds. As a legume crop, it binds atmospheric nitrogen thanks to the nodule bacteria in its root nodules, thus enriching the soil naturally with nitrogen. A very good honey plant. During flowering, it spreads an exceptionally strong scent, attracting a large number of bees. In addition, the plant blooms for a long time. Honey productivity 150-200kg/ha.
