Tree Wax ‘Brunonia’

The tree wax for grafting and sealing wounds has been produced from refined natural resins that certain trees secrete to heal their own wounds. Grafting wax is a classic wax for closing wounds on fruit and decorative trees. The mixture of resin and wax forms a firm and sticky layer on the surface of the wound. This protects the tree wound from moisture and drying. Water that enters the wound from outside stimulates secondary wound infections (rotting). The fungicide-free protective film formed from tree wax keeps the moisture away and ensures wound healing. The protective layer allows the wound to heal better. Tree wax has good adhesive properties, it will not run off in the heat and will not crack in the cold. It strengthens the plant. The product is suitable for use in organic farming (according to the EU organic regulation).

Manual

Mix the tree wax well. At room temperature, it becomes creamy like honey. Do not keep the tree wax at temperatures above +40°C. Immediately after grafting, cover the grafted area and the cut surface of the rootstock with tree wax. If the wound has been caused by fungal pathogens, cut the wound out as far as the healthy part of the wood and then cover with wound wax. Apply evenly to tree wounds. Use only in dry weather and at a temperature not lower than -5°C. USAGE: 200 g/1 m².Cleaning products. Denatured alcohol, white spirit. Keep away from children, food and drinks.
