Gel Bait for Ants

Ant gel bait is a ready-to-use insecticidal gel bait containing imidacloprid, which destroys common (Lasius niger) and tropical ants (Linepithema humile, Monomorium pharaonis) and their nests.
Ant gel feed is a very tasty feed for ants, which contains richly nutritious and sugar-rich additives; the liquid state and energy content of the gel feed ensure fast and sufficient eating. After eating the food, the ants return to the nest and pass it on to other ants in the colony, including the queen. Passing the bait from one ant to another allows for a domino effect where the entire nest is destroyed within two weeks of application of the product.
The ant gel feed is colorless, odorless, non-staining and allows discreet use of the insecticide. Place of use:
-Indoors: in cracks and crevices, along walls.
-In the outdoor environment: in cracks and crevices, around buildings or in nest entrances. apply the biocide only in cracks and crevices or directly on the anthill. Protect from bees and weather by covering with, for example, a flower pot or a tile (which still ensures that the ants have access to the poison bait).
The ant gel bait remains tasty for a long time, ensuring the effectiveness of the product for up to 3 months after its application.
Ant gel feed contains a bitter substance (denatonium benzoate) which reduces the risk of accidental consumption by humans.

Manual

User group: Ordinary consumer (non-professional user).Target organisms: Black ant (Lasius niger), Argentine ant (Linepithema humile), Pharaoh ant (Monomorium pharaonis), all stages of development.Method of use: Apply the product as drops on ant tracks or in cracks and crevices or on horizontal non-absorbent surfaces at nest entrances.Instructions for use of the syringe: remove the cap from the end of the Ant gel bait and place it on the surface to be treated, slowly press the plunger and drip the product according to the indicated dose. Close the cap of the syringe after application.Usage rate and frequency: 2 drops of 0.05 g (diameter 5 mm) for each meter or slot entrance. Maximum 30 drops per 0.05g slot (maximum 1.5g of product). Regularly check the consumption of the product and replace it when it runs out.The product reaches full effectiveness two weeks after application and remains effective for up to 3 months after application. Reapply every 3 months or sooner if the bait has changed or completely worn off.Do not apply the product to absorbent surfaces. Make sure that the poison bait drops are not exposed to sunlight or heat (e.g. a radiator). Always read the label or leaflet before use and follow all instructions. Avoid continuous use of the product. Before treatment, remove all sources of food for ants (waste, food remains,… ) from the pest’s hotspot to encourage eating the gel.Frequency of checking poison bait: once a week. Remove any remaining poison bait or poison bait boxes from containers at the end of the period of use for disposal. Notify the licensee if the processing is not effective.If the spread of pests persists, contact a pest controller.
