Boils evenly until soft, does not fall apart, tubers do not darken raw and cooked. ‘Flavia’ is a high to very high yielding variety. Canker resistant, nematode resistant, black scab infection to a small extent, potato leaf rot infection risk medium, low susceptibility to viral diseases and common scab. Store at a temperature of 4-5°C, the resting period is of medium length.
